I’ve learned that in order to help others you must first help yourself. Prioritizing your own needs can sometimes blur the lines between self care and selfishness. Being in service to others requires you to show up but if you are not your best aren’t you shortchanging your efforts and minimizing your potential impact? In order to tap into the source you must tap into yourself because you are source. Everything is connected and increasing your vibration increases the collective. In short take time to set a positive start to your day.
