Times like these can bring up all sorts of feelings, uncertainty and anxiety being the major ones for me. I’ve never really felt such a strong sense of discomfort when thinking about tomorrow - not knowing what the following day may bring. Although, throughout the past weeks (and I know we’ve got a long road ahead of us), I’ve learned that there’s a fine line between being educated and obsessively checking the news; between being prepared and coming up with your own story; between focusing on what you can control and what is unforeseeable.
I’ve also learned how important family, friends, company, and love is... How the people in your life, however far they may be, can make you feel warm and safe, even during this odd time. I’m sharing some photos today that carry so much emotion, that bring me pure joy, and that have helped me stay positive during these couple of weeks. I’m forever grateful for the wonderful people in my life. Ps. remember, connecting with your loved ones is just as important as washing your hands.
I hope everyone’s staying healthy and safe 💓
