NOW THAT’S MUFFIN-TASTIC!
Gluten free banana muffins:
• 3 ripe bananas (you can use frozen bananas that you unfreeze in the microwave)
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• TOPPINGS: blueberries, chocolate chips, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes.
Preheat the oven 350 °F and add the muffins in for 40 mins.
