What a month October was! Reconnecting with one of my best friends in turn getting closer to old acquaintances. The domino effect is so real! Got back into old hobbies like yoga and climbing. Reconnecting around the Blue Jays games. It was so amazing to reconnect and rediscover what is and always was around me. Grounded and thankful 🍁 I love you all

There is a special kind of magic in returning to your practice. The body remembers, the breath guides and the soul settles. So thankful for this space of self-discovery and the pride of showing up for myself, exactly as I am. Lastly I am so thankful for such an incredible teacher who has consistently shown up for his practice and has shared it with us @chrisnguyenmoves 🕉️
