It was a long journey! WHAT’S NEXT?💛 Over the past 5 years of running 5 brands, l’ve managed a lot of things, opening 10 locations, hiring staff, adapting recipes for the U.S. market, sourcing necessary equipment, setting up food suppliers, handling delivery, operating kitchens and stores, installing gas and electrical systems, and getting all the permits. It’s been an amazing meaningful learning experience! 5년 넘게 수고 많았다!
