Eat at a restaurant alone. Order something “different”. 3. Find and take time to look at architecture. 4. Seek artists and allow them to paint pictures in your mind. 5. Seek humans hard at work. 6. Go to club/bar alone and stay through the discomfort. 7. Seek an activity/practice unique to the region. 8. Seek silence, remain open and encourage spontaneity.
