Last week was another spectacular Terroir Symposium.
The sun shone down on us in Calgary, and wow — what a weekend it was!
The 2025 Terroir Symposium brought together producers, chefs, restaurateurs, and storytellers from around the world and across Canada for a celebration of innovation, evolution, and regeneration.
